The Odell Sanitary District located in Odell, Oregon provides waste water collection and treatment to approximately 1,700 individuals. In 2008 the treatment facility was upgraded to state-of-the-art membrane bioreactor treatment and produces high quality effluent discharged to Odell Creek.
